I might be in labour

Hi !

I'm having contractions which are painful.... since 5.30am

The last two were 4 mins apart.

Ha ha mine started at 4 minutes apart and I was 6cm dilated within an hour

Best of luck hun make sure you get to the hospital as soon as they get really painful

Midwife is on her way...

Im having a home birth

Managing contractions at moment but don't know what to do with myself when they happen!! My mind switches off its wierd.

Awe wow congratulations

I had a hypnotherapy cd that said when in labour start at 600 and count backwards - to take your mind off things. I tried it with my last 22 and it did help - maybe it will help you xx
