Yep, they are firm doubled up bands of tshirt material that give your bump support and a better shape in clothes - I wear them every day and at night in bed as that's the only way I can get a comfortable nights sleep.

We got a pack of 3 bump bands for £10 from New Look - really good! Makes your bump feel more snug as well! lol! X
