It started at about 5.20 when i came down stairs to make a bottle, i opened the cupboard to get some painkillers and as i reached up a bottle of cough medicine rolled off and smashed my touch control ceramic hob!! 
i didnt know what to do, i have been on the internet in tears looking for another one, i then rung B&Q at 7 oclock to try and order another one but there was only the security guard there, so he had someone ring me back, 20 mins later a lady called Ally rang me back, i sobbed my story to her and she said it would be upto a week to get one to me but the good news was that the price had gone down to £420 instead of £500, i said i couldnt wait that long so i would have to see what they had on the shelf even if itwas a cheaper version, so off she went to have a look....10 mins later my phone rings again and get this! she had found one excactly the same as the one i had just smashed to oblivion on an order someone had cancelled a couple of days ago, so its now in the car waiting for my brother-in-law to lift it out and fit it in, oh and i got it for £360 seeing as though it was classed as an discontinued line.
