i feel so down :(

im so fat i cant diet coz im breastfeedin... im eatin healthily but m gaining weight

i keep tellin myself im doin the best thing but itds crappy when i go baby clinic and ppl with younger babies than ellouise are skinny again

im still under psychiatric care for it amongst other issues...

Exactly what Budge has said, it depresses me too hunny, but look at what your doing for that beautiful little girl of yours

Thats what I think about everytime I feel down about it, I look at her and just see how much of a small sacrifice it is

It's a scary feeling.
Stupid as it sounds but I feel that Brody has 'saved' me from getting worse as like you I would be starving myself if it wasn't for the fact I found out I was pregnant and now I'm breastfeeding him. Like the others have said it is no sacrifice when you see the good job you are doing helping your little one grow!
I really wish there was something I could say or do to make it better but I'm probably the last person to offer advice on this subject!

yeah madam is wat is helpin.... i love her so much and this is something i vowed to d for my baby girly... and im gonna do it.. but its just so hard as u can appreciate...

dont compare yourself to anyone else, its the worst thing you can do

you should take some time and pamper yourself, do you hair and make up and get dressed really nice, even if your not planning on going out and tell yourself you are beautiful the way you are!

And when you've stopped b'feeding, keep eating healthy and im sure the weight will drop off as budge has said

Yes I am going to diet and excersise when I finish breast feeding

Yes I can understand that my younger sister has battled with her weight sinse the break up of my Mum and Dad, she took it very badley its been over 7 years now and still has a problem.

Yes I can appreciate that hunny, its hard looking in the mirror sometimes and I just think " well if I wasnt breasfeeding I could proberly get rid of this" sounds awful and selfish to think that, but im only human
It soons goes away when I see her look into my eyes, smiles and giggles while feeding at the breast

Theres nothing quite like that feeling
