I don't know whats going on...

Hi girls, im back.

I dont know whats happening, please all help me...

That brown discharge ive had since sunday has now turned pink, i had a dull backache on and off yesterday. I have done 4 pregnancy tests, different brands and they were all BFN's.

This morning i went to the toilet and looked just before i flushed, there was a red thing in there that looked like a bogie. I fished it out (horrible i know) and put it on a tissue. It was small. like a bogie, blood red, with a snotty consistency. It also had like a string on it, same consistency, like snot.

Have i lost a tiny tiny baby here or what? Or was i never pregnant? Or am i still pregnant but the tests are wrong? My AF is now 9 days late, ive never missed before. Whats going on?

Im confused. My boyfriend is so excited that i may be pregnant, i dont want to disappoint him and i dont want the disappointment either.

Shall i go to the doctors?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but if at this sate you are bleeding adn have had 4 negative tests I would say that your not PG, it is possible that you may have been very briefly but it failed to implant or you lost it very early.

When would your AF have been due?

it should have happened last monday. theres been no sign of it. i had so many pregnancy symptoms. why would that happen?

sorry just went back and read your origional post. If AF is a week late by now you would prob be far enough gone for the test to pick up the HCG hormone.

As you have had spoting it seems to me that it may be a miscarrage or missed miscarrage. Are your periods normally regular since being off the pill?

It may be worth contacting your doctor, as if it is a missed miscarrage they may need to do a scan and make sure evering is back to normal.

Im sorry hun, I just really dont want to give you false hope at this stage. Speak to your GP over the phone and they should be able to advise.

a missed m/c is where you have breifly been Pg i think but not enough to notice.

I would make an appointment with Gp and let them know what has happened and they should be able to tell you more

Sorry to hear this, I have taken the below from bupa website for you:

"Missed miscarriage – when the pregnancy stopped growing some weeks ago, but there was no bleeding at this time. This type of miscarriage usually causes a slight, dark-brown blood loss and the sudden end of normal pregnancy symptoms. It is sometimes called a blighted ovum."

We were all worried about you last night when you didn't come back on, I agree with Cat&Noah that it sounds that you're not pg hunny.

That wouldn't have been a tiny baby hun, so please don't panic....you wouldn't be able to see it yet hun

Well as the tests never showed a BFP there is every chance you just had a late AF............I started spotting before AF when we started TTC and that NEVER happened to me in my life, but I also never got a BFP to say I was ever pregnant, so please take some comfort in the fact that it wasn't confirmed so therefore could have just been a delayed AF!

As for PG symptoms, the only time I didn't have symptoms was the time I got my BFP!!
