I have been struggling to poo once a day but yesterday I had four!I'm worrying this means by digestion has improved and it's a bad sign as I'm only 11 weeks and 2 days.

Please help ease my worries!

Its normal for your toilet habbits to change constantly in pregnancy.

Beckie don’t worry about it I’m always one or other it’s annoying but you’ll get used to it xx

We've got three giant dogs, if I ever got to go I'll just do it in the garden and blame it on them

Lol. I'll remember that for when we've forgotten to have the cesspit emptied, lol.

Anyway...as for bm's...just learn to go with it. Your hormones are doing really weird things. You're already growing and making room for baby down there which pushes intestines out of the way. You may still have your uterus sat low behind your pubic bone so putting extra pressure on the colon. So ma y things are happening, there's no telling day to day what your movements will be like.

Just keep hydrated with water or honestly...whatever you can manage and it will help keep you safe and healthy on the busy days and help with movement on the blocked up days xx
