:(
But I didnt smoke through my WHOLE pregnancy!

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
what r u doin becks???? u did so well!!!!!

I have a horrible feeling i will end up smoking as soon as i go out for a drink after the boy is born.

noooooooooooo!!! Its so hard isnt it!

I come very close when I have a drink. xxx

Dont be too hard on yourself, i've been in your position twice before and you do feel awful. Pick yourself up and try again. And just think you did well to quit whilst pregnant

I'm the same as you becks, vowed that was it this time.
NO WAY was I ever gonna smoke again but about 3 weeks ago I had my first puff and it has escalated into 3 or 4 a day.
Fell soooo weak and foolish.
You think you can handle just having 1 but it is a drug and an addiction
the only way is never to go back.
i find it hard cos OH smokes and when he goes outside the lure is sometimes too much.
Gonna try patches or cold turkey on monday again.
I KNOW I CAN DO IT!!!!!

SO CAN U!!!

GOOD LUCK KEEP MY FINGERS CROSSED FOR U AND ME.

You need willpower to give up and if you haven't got that then there isnt much point in trying. My Mum has smoked for 29 years and tried to give up mant times but failed through temptation but this time it seems to be going really well, she has tried most of the stuff in the shops and has found the lozenges are fantastic and have helped tonnes!!

My mates mum smoked for about 20 years then gave up about 10 years ago. She said she still gets the urge to have one, especially when she smells it. The good thing is that now we can't smoke anywhere public indoors so the temptations are being reduced. I tried to stop when I was about 3 weeks pregnant, had the odd one up until about 6 weeks then stopped completely. I still want one but won't while I'm pregnant, then I'll be breastfeeding so I'm really going to try not to go back on it. I feel so much better, and smell so much better now. Good luck when you stop again x
