Does anyone know if a mothers hypotension can affect an unborn baby? I have this and its just occured to me today whether this will affect baby and if this is why she is measuring small.

Ive tried googling it but all the references are for hypertension ( high ).

Its probably a stupid question that only the midwifes can answer, but numpty me didnt think of it on thursday.

I have this too, and I don't know of any negative effects (unless one faints very often and gets injuries!)

I have been told to stay in bed ( apart from doing my horses twice a day) as I only have to be on my feet for maximum of an hour and I am likely to faint, and sitting up in a chair has the same effect. It has been on the low side of normal all the way through but has now dropped to 80/50 which is causing a lot of issues in the fact that I simply cant do anything and its really frustrating me.
My midwife really wants me to be in hospital but knows that it will make me worse as I have a severe hospital phobia.
