Hypermesis Gravidarum

I’ve been struggling with sickness for weeks now to the point I can’t get out of bed without being overcome with nausea and vomiting.

I visited the GP for the third time today and she has given me new medication to try and diagnosed me with hypermesis gravidarum.

Has anyone else been diagnosed with this or generally struggling with sickness?

This will be my 5th baby and I coped with sickness the other pregnancies but this one is by far the worst pregnancy I’ve ever had and I’m only 9 weeks!! I’ve had early bleeding and this horrendous sickness.

I had HG my second pregnancy it was awful I puked from the moment I woke up till I went to sleep!! I made sure I kept hydrated throughout my puking I used pedialyte and Gatorade because we lose a lot of electrolytes when puking. I didn’t take any medications for it I just champed it out most I could. If you’re having a hard time eating I’d suggest turning it into liquid my juicer became my best friend lol @katietateypot
