How Un-Romantic!

I can't get over how un-romantic TTC is!!!

Was laughing (to myself) last night thinking about it.
We'd done the deed, and i like to have cuddles and talk (such a woman!)
DH gets up - gets the pillows and makes me put them under my hips..
Then goes off to let the dog into the garden and do her bedtime treats saying "don't move for at least half an hour"

Comes back up with my magic medicine and a drink.... when i sat up to take my medicine he was like "lay down quick"


Didn't think a man could be so obsessed!!!

He even brought my ipod up so i could lay there - and he just went to sleep!!!
I didn't dare move incase he was checking my commitment to the cause!!

I still have cuddles after, I keep my bits clenched as tight as I can til it hurts, I must have a heck of a pelvic floor by now!!

Don't know where his determination has come from!!
Made me laugh though!!

I had to ask him to do me a drink! He wouldn't have done it otherwise!!

He he! My OH also grabs for a pillow the second he has 'finished' and tucks it under for me. He then turns on my light and gets a book for me so he can go to sleep!

Its a great excuse to be lazy too - 'sorry hun - I cant get you a drink, I need to stay flat on my back for an hour!'

OH dosnt have clue, he doesnt know when Im ouvlating, and after BD I just lie of my side and have a cuddle (I find I dont leak on my side!) He just wakes with a start when he hears my thermometer beeping to be read in the morning and then goes straight back to sleep.

He did once poke his head over my shoulder when I was chart stalking, looking as all of Wobbles overlaped charts and said 'you understand all that' with a puzzled look.

He just lets me get on with it, that way there is no pressure on him to perform or anything, and we just carry on like normal, till I one day turn round and wave a positive HPT at him.

Is funny when they look over shoulders to look at the charts!
And completely not understanding it!

He doesn't get what my temps mean, but he's the one who puts the thermometer in my mouth if i don't wake up! And who wakes up again half an hour later and laughs at me cos its still in my mouth and i'm fast asleep!!
