How much Fluid

How much fluid should they be having at 15 months?

Oran will not entertain water - I trick him through out the day and randomly (we have 2 cups the same) give him one with water in and he will have a few glugs before he realises so I usually put some cordial in it (its pretty weak tastes like piss water to me ) but he will drink fluids then and id rather him have fluids with cordial than no fluids at all......anyway he must have over a liter a day - he has the big Avent magic cups so its about 250ml when full to the brim and he must have about 6-8 of them a day! Is this to much fluid, sometimes I think he fills himself up on it and then might not eat as mich as he maybe would if he wasnt filled up on fluids but he eats quite well, like will have a full sandwhich (2 slice of bread and crusts) and a yoghurt and 1/2 banana at lunch and similar portion at tea (but of warm tea like foods lol not just a shadwhich again)

Sounds fine to me hun, he wouldnt drink it if he didnt need it plus with this hot weather he shud have all the fluids he can get tho if it helps Jack has about 5 tippy cups of liquid a day, and thats the tommee tippy first cup so is smaller than yours i think

I think sometimes he just likes drinking it though just ''because'' not cause he is thirsty, I was only worried as someone said ''what if its making his little kidneys work to hard'' and it got me worried!

I dont think the TT cups are all that much smaller actually a couple of oz so maybes he is not drinking that much more

jaydes the same she drinks loads but want have just water if she sees us with a drink she screams if she doesent have a drink
