How many oz should baby be drinking?

I've started trying to express milk but I have no idea how much at each feed my 4 week old should be drinking. I can't find a chart anywhere. Can anyone help? I'm giving 125 ml or about 4.5 oz. Is that too much? X

I just looked at my red book for Drake and at 4 weeks he was on 3-4oz every 2 and a half hours. He was born 6lbs 1oz and had oral thrush at the time too so was affecting his intake.

I think that sounds about right hun. A good appetite!

Every baby is different, if he is draining the bottle then offer more, if not, just carry on offering what you are giving, if he is still hungry he will let you know xxx
