do i need 2 work 2 get maximum benefits etc?

im going part-time after my maternity leave finishes i think iv heard i need 2 work at least 16 hours per week?

currently im entitiled 2 £9 child beno & £21 tax credit per week.

work 16 hours a week
and have childcare element and i am on the highest wack of it

sent mine off but not single parent waiting to hear from child benefit.

not done working tax cred yet but will do soon.

Yeah its 16 hours before you can claim any benefits. That the minimum you have to work.
