how long does it take your baby to eat?

how long does it take for your baby to eat a 125g jar of food? It takes ds 10 mins and I am thinking I am rushing him.

no more then 5 minutes it takes him no more then 10 mins to eat the next size up

I haven't given LO jar food, but it really varies how long it takes her to finish her meals (and whether she's feeding herself or not). Sometimes she is hungry and eats in 10 minutes and other days it can be 45 minutes

Angel varies. She's not on jarred food so my amounts are occasionally different but some days it's 5 minutes and others the tv is far more interesting and i could be half an hour.

Tonight she was shouting at me coz i wasn't quick enough with her weetabix!

Sam only has home prepared food and I serve it in the extra small Tommee Tippee Food Pots which are probably about the same size as a jar..... he takes about 5mins! I too thought he was wolfing it down, but if I try to give him a rest he's gets annoyed and leans towards the pot with his mouth open. Main thing is he is doing the chewing action so thats good enough. So if your LO is taking 10 mins that sounds fine.
