how is WW different to SW???

i have been doing SW but getting bored and dont like my group either..they are all so OLD

so was thinking about WW ? how many of u think it is better than SW ? and WHY ?

how much do group meetings cost ? i know SW is 4.50 a week..

Nope didnt like ww myself, felt very ristricted and couldnt eat alot, then again it is a diet I like sw coz i can eat as many free foods as i want, id stick with sw as i think ww is a bit more for going to groups??

I do WW but I can't compare to SW cos I've never done it. I like WW cos you can eat ANYTHING you want as long as you keep within your points.

I've heard really good SW stories too though.

I do WW online, I don't have to go to any groups or anything and I get everything I need (food calculator & diary, progress charts, etc) on my account page. I love it 8)
