how frustrating is this?!?

i cant belive me and DF have only been TTC for over a month it feels like a lifetime and im getting really frustrated and impatient now!!!

its even harder with him being away as i cant jump on him all the time - only at weekends

i try not to let it bother me - and it doesnt all the time - but as soon as i get back on this blinkin' forum - it sets me off again!!!

i hope it happens soon - btw CONGRATZ to all you who have recently got your BFP

If theres one thing ive learned after trying for 15 months, its not to get so negative every negative, if that makes sense lol

Seriously hun, I know how you feel, but you need to start as you mean to go on - if you let yourself get so frustrated it soon takes over your life and it just becomes an endless cycle of waiting to ovulate, the 2 week wait, tears at AF time and then it starts all over again.

please dont let it consume you

just wanted to say good luck. i understand how you are feeling too. This will be my second month of properly trying. I thought i was really hard done by but then i read about people who have been trying for over a year, they must be so annoyed. Not trying to get you down but it helps me to think that it takes on average 6 months to get pregnant. So if you think of it like that you may be happily surprised. Good luck for this month ill be thinking of you x x

I promised myself i wouldn't get upset when it didn't happen when TTC but it didnt work! I understand how hard it is but like the others say try not to let it take over as the months drag and that is all you think about.

The month i conceived, in Dec, was 5th month TTC and was the month where i seriously wasn't think of TTC as there was a lot of other things going on, and we BD less than in all the previous months but it happened!

thanks i do try and not think about it and just get on with it - but its always in the back of my mind - and im always thinking negativly - its only my 2nd month of TTC OMG

i think tbh it gets to me a bit becuase my DF is away every week and only home at the weekends - then i see people on here who have been trying for months and they have their OH with them all through the week - i know its different for everyone but i cant help but feel negative -

at least AF has been and gone this month so can start BD'ing again once DF is home - and we have got a party on Saturday so im just gonna (try!) and enjoy myself while TTC

That happened to us with Jordan. We tried & tried for the first 4mths (if you know what I mean LOL). Then when we just relaxed and only BD'd every few days I fell pregnant. I know that right now in our first month of TTC I'm quite relaxed, but when AF turns up again I won' be quite so relaxed. It's just natural.

MissGobby.....I know it's easier said than done but just try to chill and not try so hard.

BTW you can remind me of this reply in a few months when I'm like... LOL
