How far along?

Hi everyone i know this may sound silly but i got my BFP yesterday on the day AF was due. My question is am i technically 4 weeks pregnant or 2? Do you go from last AF for OV? My DS is 9 so cant remember much x

Yes from your first day of LMP but obviously technically you haven't been pregnant that long. I'm 4 weeks 5 days but I think I only implanted last Friday so my hcg was only detectable on Monday. I'm very nervous as had a mc in August at 6 weeks 4 days. Just taking it all a day at a time
