How easy is it to get back into shape after pregnancy???

Hey guys, my sister had a baby girl on sunday, and i went to see her today, as she's in another town. She was so tiny and gorgeous, but everyone just kept saying that i dont look 33 weeks pregnant. i was quite amazed cos i feel like a balloon
