Hi, i'm 31 weeks and 2 days. I'm 5ft 10in, but before i got pregnant, i had been on a diet, and lost 3 and half stone. I used to weigh 10st exactly, so far i have gained 3st, but everyone says i dont look as far as i am. Even my midwife said that i'm not carrying any fat. But i always hear people sayin things like-
*your body is never the same again
*everything sags
*you look horrible

Thisis really stressin me out, cos i'm really active, and i was really lean before my pregnancy, and still feel like i'm not that big. And i know that once the baby comes, i'm gona try my hardest to get back to my old self, but is it possible?

Come on guys, anything you say is welcome

Not got a clue  Still got to pop  I think everyone is different so what works for one won't work for another. I am told if you BF you lose your tummy quicker than if you bottlefeed. I plan to BF so therefore won't be dieting while BF'ing. Once done with BF'ing I shall change my eating plan. But I shall get back to exercising as soon as I am able after giving birth.

Might be worth asking over in the Ask A Mum section as they can tell you how they found things :)

I intend to BF too, but i want to stick to healthy meals. I dont want the baby to lose out on anything, but i know i'm really conscious of my body, and i bet i sound crazy :wall:

 I don't care... I just want to meet my baby!

I'd post in Ask a Mum... they're more help than us about post baby weight!

i found it easy after my first baby as i could get out and take him for long walks and do lots of outdoorsy fun stuff but after my 2nd i found it harder as i had 2 young children to get ready (getting them ready takes me over an hour! )
i had good intentions on going to the gym and keeping myself busy like before but i honestly found it quite hard to stay motivated then i found out i was pregnant again  and thought it best not to start anything new. But once the babys born i am adamant i will be flab busting as my eldest will be at nursery school everyday giving me a good chance to do some power walking! :D

There is light at the end of the tunnel though....as long as you stay active and eat healthily and properly there is no reason why you shouldn't be able to lose the baby weight and maintain a healthy weight afterwards its all to easy to fall into bad habits.

Thanks guys, honestly your making me realise alot of things, i keep forgetting that theres the baby to look forward to, also io love walking, so if i need to go down to the shops, i'l take the baby with me, and do some power walking
