I don't generally have a problem with my midwives, but this is a bit worrying.
2 weeks in a row two different midwives measured my bump and recorded my bump and the baby as being big. Very big. As in well above the 'large' line of the growth chart.
They tested me for GD and when that came up clear, still weren't happy and sent me to the hospital.
2 consultant appoaintments, 1 scan, and more than 2 hours later I'm told that my baby is not big at all. Infact, it's perfectly on track.
I appriciate that they wanted to make sure I was fine, and I have no problem with that, I just want to know how they both got the measurements so far out. I thought maybe it was because I had gained fat as well and pregnancy bump, but I've been told since that that shouldn't matter...
Anyone got any ideas? This happened to anyone else?
