Since i got pregnant i've stopped drinking both tea and coffee, that's what i was asvised to do from the beginning, but I love tea and I normally have it with 2 sugars, absolutely no milk. i also like cappucino
Milky for both and I used to have sugar but since my morning sickness I have been totally off sugary drinks which should help when I am trying to loose all the excess weight after giving birth!
