How do you know how many weeks you are?

Hi ladies

I found out on Sunday that I'm pregnant with my first 😀

The test said 2-3 weeks but iv downloaded the baby centre app and that says I'm 5 weeks after entering the first day of my last period.

Does anyone know what I should go by?

The tests go from conception, but you count pregnancy from the first day of your cycle so the calculator saying 5 weeks is a better bet
