How do you find your cervix?

I know that this is probably a stupid question but i can't be the only one who doesn't know this (at least i hope i'm not LOL!)
What does your cervix feel like, how will i know i've found it?
Also what is it supposed to feel like at different stages or when pregnant?

If you run your finger inside your vagina along the top, if you are sitting or on your back, you should hit what feels like the end of your vagina, but if you feel around you will find it is actually a large lump about the size of... a very large grape.

That is your cervix.

I don't hold much weight in this method thought because i've been checking and it seems to be completely random what it feels like
