How do you cope?

Bleurgh I'm sick as a dog today, felt ill last nite but was ok when I woke up then started to feel worse and now started being sick. (Nope not pg before anyone suggests it)
I'm finding it so hard to look after Harrison as well I'm someone who likes to shut away from everyone and everything thing when I'm ill but I can't do that now. I just wondered how you guys cope when you're unwell?

Last time i was really ill and couldnt look after stepen at all i had to enlist family help. I was too poorly too get up though.
