How do I load an avatar??

Hi

I have been on this forum for quite a while now, but I cannot seem to load an Avatar. can someone please help me?

Go to your user control panel (ucp) and click on edit avatar, you should then be able to upload an image fro your computer/phone.x

Thanks.. I keep doing that but it keep coming up 'invalid file' when I press save changes??

Where are the best sites for avatars that will take to this forum?
