how do i fit another feed in

usually Max's feeds (7oz bottles) go like this...
6am, 10am, 1pm, 4pm, 7pm, then one before bed whatever time that is (he doesnt always take the whole thing he takes between 3-5 oz)

so 6 a day.

but today has been
4am, 7.45am, 10.15am, 1pm and then he's due one at 4pm and one at 7pm.

problem is at 10am he only took 2oz (as i was feeding early due to going to clinic) so hes down on milk.....

shall i try up the next 2 feeds? add an extra oz or something?

hard to say, id just follow on as usual unless he looks for more

He might well just take more at his last feed hun. If Albert's not had so much during the day I give him 3 oz before his bath and then another 4oz afterwards. I find he takes more with a split feed xxxxxxx

If its just one day I wouldn't worry, my lo has gone from 8 6oz bottles to 5 of her own choosing, somedays 4 if she naps well in the day, they sure let you know if they want more

ok brill thanks ladies he's just 6.5oz and has fallen asleep again, he might just be having a less hungry day!

i might try the split feed thing, his due a feed at 7 so could do, 6.30 bottle, bath at 7 then another bottle at 7.15 possibly

if you other post is anything to go by he's defo not gonna waste away from missing half a feed lol
