How do I put a picture in my post..?

not one of me or anything.. but like if i see a pic on net, for eg a tin of spam that i want to dedicate to trixipaws or some dynamite for midna?

cos all i know how to do at mo is save pic to pc, upload to photobucket etc which is soooo long and hard i cant be bothered.

help please

Right mouse click the pic, select "copy image location" then use the img tags like usual:
