how did your induction labour last

well as im goin in for an induction today (omg its today) lol
was just wondering for those who had an induction how long did labour last for you??? and did yours end up in c-secs or did they come through the fanjita?

Pregnancy 1: (Induced at 42 weeks, baby born 42+4)
went in to be induced on Wednesday afternoon.....baby didn't arrive until Sunday morning (yes I was in hospital all that time).
natural vaginal birth (with gas & air, pethidine, & epidural)


Pregnancy 2: (Induced at 42 weeks, baby born 42+1)
went in to be induced on Monday morning.....baby arrived Tuesday night.
forceps and ventouse delivery (with gas & air, & epidural)

Was Induced 1pm on Thursday, Ellie arrived 6:16pm on the Saturday.
Vaginal Delivery, Epistotomy due to baby distressed. (Gas & Air, Pethadine x 3, Epidural)

I went in to be induced on the Friday at 3.30pm(I had one pessary which worked) and Jake arrived at 8.52pm on the Saturday. I had gas and air, diamorphine and an epidural. I had a vaginal birth and ended up with a graze but it didn't need stitches. I'm not saying it didn't hurt but looking back I think I had quite a good labour. I was only pushing for 30 minutes

and just had gas n air

started it all off at monday 10am - waters broke 3am, had alice by tuesday 2pm.

Thursday = C-Section

Waters broken and syntocinon drip inserted at 3.40pm - labour started

induced at 35+5 waters broke at 8am, 2cm dialated, 10am patocine started 10.30 contractions coming 3in 5 mins very very strong was told she would be here in a couple of hours,checked at 9pm contraction coming every 40 seconds for 2 hours still 2cm dialated emergency section at 10pm Hannah born weighing 10lb 4oz

Porbably too late now but.

Induced at 40 + 8

Gel : 9:30pm
Contractions started: midnight. (Staff said they hadn't)
Gave birth: 8: 56am

My mam was induced when she was having my little sis, she went in on the 4th July and had her on the 10th!
In the end, she did it by her self! The pessary's didnt work for her for some reason!

I had the drip when I was in labour with my first as I wasnt progressing at all! The pain with that was bad but I had him 7 hours later after being in labour 25 hours previous!
