how did you find out you were preggy

hi ladies, i think it would be fun to learn how we all found out about our pregnancies.

I was on vacation to London when I found out. It was more like soreness all over my boobs and i kept wondering, thinking it was my period cos i had just had a m/c less than two months back. Anyway, i did an HPT just for the fun of it and shcoker of all, it was two lines! wow! I was so not sure i wasn't seeing double, that the following day i left work early to go to the lab for a blood test and the test came back so fast i thought, oh, it must be negative, until it was handed over to me and wow, i was over the moon!

so share your story.

ive always had irregular periods, so when it was 8 weeks since my last period, i thought nothing of it.

mother had come to stay at my house for the week and had kept commented on how i looked pregnant.

mother is always winding me up like this so i thougth nothing of it. When we were out shopping she saw one of teh 2 tests for a quid jobbies and said what will hurt, just to do the test, so i thougth why not....

got home and did the test and voila here i am on the pregnancy forum!

i was on the pill at the time and i was getting hurrendous migranes, whiuch i have never had this bad, my usual 7 day break came but with no af, didnt think anything of it and kept taking my pills as normal and 2 weeks later got light spotting so my bf got me a test and herfe i am

my story is boring, i had been charting for a couple of months and knew the day my period was due, my temp didn't drop infact it stayed above the coverline so i did a test BFP - very early to find out but very happy!!

one of the best days of my life so far apart from the day OH proposed!!

i had been ill the weekend before i found out and put it down to eating something dodgy.
Anyway, went to my mates house on the Monday who told me she had had a dream about me and said i was pregnant, due in January and i would have a boy.
I went home did a test and sure enough i am pregnant and due in January. Lets see if the third comes true.

i did a test after feelinhg sick for weeks and gaining weight and putting all down the the stress of ahouse move.
it was positive and i was nearly 10 weeks gone.

I finally took the plunge and agreed to start trying. Literally the day after I ovulated started feeling nauseous and dizzy and within 2 days my boobs were really sore. On day 3 I looked in the mirror and just knew, I absolutely panicked but by the time i tested and got my BFP I'd already been covinced for over a week and was fine. The only snag with knowing so early is that the first tri went on forever!

I had the migrain from hell for 2 days! once i could bear to lift my head and stand up i tested and gor my bfp. then worried because of all the drugs i'd had for my migraine!!
Ewan is fine despite being drugged ata n early age! lol

Well i didn't really know when i was due cos my periods hadn't gone back to normal after having Aimee but i knew i hadn't had one for a while so i did a test just to rule it out cos i really didn't feel pregnant. Was really upset at first and it took me about a month to come round to the idea but I'm happy now.

How soon did you test Skatty? I have exactly the same thing, I was so dizzy and nauseous day after ovulation which was Friday. I don't have sore boobs yet, but AF isn't due until the end of the month so I can't test yet.

Ok this sounds totally mad!

I knew i was pregnant from the moment it happened . It sounds silly but after we had finished having sex i was laying with Richards arms around me and i had this daydream/vision whatever you want to call it. It was of Richard and i looking down at at this tiny little baby girl in my arms and Richard turned to me and said look what we did!

After that i just knew my test would be positive so i took it four days before AF was due!
