How can I increase the chances of implantation?

Hi guys....I'm after some advice again.

AF turned up yesterday and I was actually really surprised (and hearthbroken). I had a bleed on Monday which I thought was an implanation bleed and sort of still do, I just think that implanation wasn't successful. I had lots of symptoms that I noticed increased on Tuesday and then disappeared altogether.

So my question is... is there anything I can do to increase the chance of implantation this month (assuming we can catch the egg again)?

Well the low dose asprin is to thin the blood which in theory makes implantation easier.

Thanks Holly....I was thinking maybe baby aspirin. Do you know what the recomendation is? I think I read taking it daily until ovulation....is that right?

There isnt any real recommendation as such. Some take it once they find out they are pregnant, some take it from ov, and some I think are taking it all the time.
