How can i help her??

Hiya girls!!

Faith hasnt had a poo since yesterday afternoon she seems really unsettled!
what can i do to help her have a poo!!

try sum water hun it usually does the trick, although i used to add 2 teaspoons of pure orange juice to 2oz of water coz hope hayed water and this worked great too, x

i was always told by my hv that if the baby lays on the floor you gently push there legs up towards there stomach and hold them there its supposed to help...

or maybe you can put a bit of baby oil on her tum and go round in a circular motion, its supposed to help with colic too

at my baby massage class they said this helps, and the rubbing belly helps (clockwise circles).

water always helps clear alice out.
