i am on my third pregnancy and 12 weeks thursday my stomach looks like im 5 months i wondering how many babys are in there hehe andbody the same

Hiya,

I'm a day short of being 13 weeks, I look (if it were at all possible) 13 months pregnant!! I'm huge already, been in maternity wear since week 6 and people keep asking me if I've long to go!!!! I feel utterly stupid muttering that I've got another 6 months to wait!!

i am 8 weeks and i am going to have to buy maternity wear. cnt fit into any of my normal clothes. got 4 weeks till my scan and wondering wether its twin or im just fat

Well I had that twin/fat theory - I had two sacs at my first scan but only one developed so we'll never know. I'm huge enough to be carrying triplet hippos or something!! My personal vote for myself is: Fat!!

I look like I'm about 5 months it's terrible my mil keeps telling me how huge I look apparently she didn't show until she was about 7 months I bought my first pair of maternity jeans from Dorothy Perkins I was down to 1 pair of trousers that fitted me and I was going bonkers. These new ones are great they're so comfy they look like normal jeans but have elastic strips in the waist at both sides with lots of buttonholes you pull them in and latch it onto the button and as I get bigger I'll just move along the buttonholes.

I can only really wear elasticated trousers or jeans that are to big for me.

I'll be 8 weeks tomorrow and already having to wear maternity trousers, which are still a bit big, but none of my jeans fit me!

I've been told it's not the baby yet, just water retention.

Yeah Julie I was told that too its the amount of progesterone you're producing that causes the bloating making us all look bigger than we really are!! God what are we going to be like when we're 8 months gone.

I am only 6 weeks pregnant and where I have so constipated (sorry!!) I am quite large!

Well I hope it is that, either that or I am carrying twins or I am further gone than I thought!!!

Ditto, I can't believe how big my tummy is considering I'm only 8 weeks. Plus my back and hips ache (something I didn't get until I was 7 months on my first).

My bump seems to have got a bit bigger over night! I'm gonna be blooming before long yay

I'm only 7 1/2 weeks and I have a very definate bump. I'm sure it's not fat or water retention etc as my weight is exactly the same as I was before I got pg. I have been told that if you start off very small that you can show early but that isn't particularly helpful when I'm trying to hide my condition from people at work!
