How badly will this affect my supply?

So still persevering but breast feeding is getting better! And she is finally, but slowly putting on weight.
How much will the following affect my supply?
Breast feed when she wants all day. Make her 'final' feed of the day around 7 then give her a bottle at 11ish then breastfeed as she wants during the night.
We did this last night and she woke for a feed at 3am then 7am. We had been doing a top up then anyway, because of weight loss but this would now be replacing an entire feed.

Is the bottle formula Hun?

As far as I understand any giving of formula will diminish your supply as you have said you are replacing a feed? Can you express during the day or night for that feed?

I am doing similar timings as you, my last breast feed for him is 7pm, I then express 3 oz at 9.30-10pm before i go to bed and put this in a bottle and add this to the 2oz that I expressed during a night feed the previous night.

He then wakes at 12-1ish for his 5oz expressed bottle which my partner does.

He then wakes up at 3-4am for a breast feed and just before offering the second boob I pump 2 oz to put aside for the bottle the next night. Bit of a faff but I can't get 5oz at bedtime.

And if u r worried about weight gain I wouldn't let her go more than 4 hours at night! X

Could you pump after a feed Hun? This would drain more hind milk out which would aid weight gain.

What centile is LO tracking on?

I agree with a formula 'top up' reducing supply. Xx
