Hot flushes

Last night (7-8) days past Ovulation I had hot flashes for about 2 hours straight and extremely light on and off cramps - Could this mean anything? Or is it my body getting ready for menstruation

Hot flushes were a sign for me I remember being at work being very hot and feeling wierd and it made me think ' when was my period' and realised I hadn't had it!! ( wasn't trying to conceive with that just happened! ) x
