Hospital opintment tomorrow, dont no what for.

Got a call this morning from the womens department saying that the antenatal clincic guy who I saw last time wants to see me tomorrow at 9:30am.
Im now sat here worried as why would he call me in to see him unless it was something bad/imporant?
I think maybe they got my swab results mixed up, and i do either have thrush or clamidiah but my nan says she doughts they would do that.

I think mistakes are made in hospitals in terms of mix up would seem fairly stupid but they are not infallible. Anyway I hope either way it goes well and it helps clear up physical issues x

I wouldn't worry too much... perhaps he just wants to take more swabs or something after seeing that nothing has come up on the others?

I know it's worrying but, trust me, you're better off not getting info over the phone anyway. I got told I was anaemic by the receptionist at my doctors as I had a note to speak to midwife and turns out my blood count is fine and it was actually just because I'm Rhesus negative!!

Not long to wait anyway so that's good

what did you have done at the last clinic hun? did you have bloods or a urine specimen sent? it could be a recall to tell you are anaemic or possibly a urine infection anything else they would have told you there and then. i remember i was recalled back once cos they labelled my bloods wrong so had to resend them as the lab wouldn't accept them but i worried for days about that could have been! i'm sure all is well hun try not to worry x

Last time I went was just to get told my results of the swabs I had taken.
He said they were all negative.
I did do a urine sample last time, and she said that was fine.
I panick over nothing, so Ill proboly get there tomorrow and itll be over something silly

Hi guys.
Firstly it took them half an hour to figure out whod actually called me in lol.
Then the consultant saw me and just said my measurments seemed a bit small a few weeks ago,
so he measured my stomache again, and he said they seem fine this week.
But iv got a 29 week scan in just over 2 weeks so theyll have another check then
So wasnt really anything to worry about
