Horrible nappy rash!

Not advice as such - more assurance, all i have here is barrier cream and I know that wont cure it. I couldnt find any motanium cream so might have to go and get some later but would it help me just leaving her nappy off as long as possible? She has broken skin in a few places very painful and red.

Shes fine at the moment with the nappy off.

georgie has got nappy rash really bad at the mo ive been keeping her nappy off for as long as poss when at home (with carpet cleaner to hand) and been putting metanium on when she got nappy on and it seems to be dying down. they say fresh air is one of the best things
