Nappy rash!

Hi my daughter gets nappy rash quiet bad now so i feel im an expert iv noticed that orange juice sets it off and when she is teething. she gets it real bad lil red blisters she looks sooooo sore
the best thing i recomend is defo..
a bath with loads of salt i got a bag of salt from the shop and used a quater of it when she got out bath i could c all the blisters covering over then put on the cream below its brill next day its all gone

Hiya,
im going to try the salt in the bath. I found when I had a cold and my nose was blocked and I didnt get a poo of her straight away (i can usually smell it right away) the nappy rash was worse.
