Hey ladies I have such a horrible feeling I've had a missed miscarriage!
Ive not really had any symptoms thought the whole of my pregnancy.
Only constapation, fatigue and heartburn!
Im now pooping regularly, I still have heartburn occasionally and I'm always tired, But I don't know if thats due to me having a really busy couple of weeks!

Please tell me its normal to loose symptoms.
Ive got a week until my scan and its getting harder to hold out hope!
I had a scan at 7 weeks and saw a heartbeat, but its not reassuring me at all x

I know it is easier said then done but try not to worry. I am sure your little bean is safe and sound and you will get to see him/her in only a week xx

Horrible symptoms are supposed to wear off towards the end of first tri - it could just be that! When's your next scan?

I'm a bit reluctant to say this in case it frightens people, but looking back now I think one of the signs of my missed miscarriage was tiny episodes of brown spotting. I haven't had anything this time around.

Xxxx

Hey, my symptoms disappeared to almost nothing when I was around 9 weeks pregnant and I worried that much that I booked a private scan! All was absolutely fine and the lady there said it can be quite normal for it to happen. As long as there's no pain or bleeding then things should be ok! I'm now 37+1 and things are still going well :) chin up! X

Totally normal for symptoms to ease off, especially at around 9-10 weeks as placenta starts to do more of the work.

I had 2 mmc and didn't lose any of my symptoms.

How far are you lovely? Have you had any sporting? Xx

I've read everywhere online that losing symptoms around this stage is normal. From 5-8 weeks I had the most achy boobs known to mankind!! They were so so achy and tender, and now they're barely tender anymore and I'm almost 10 weeks. I had 3 days of nausea, but haven't had that since. When I fell pregnant up until about 8 weeks I had period like aches in my stomach and back, when I hit around 9 weeks that disappeared. It worried me slightly so I went for a scan last Sunday and everything was perfectly normal. Baby had grown massively and heart was still beating away beautifully.

From what I can gather, loss of symptoms or easing of symptoms is normal around this stage. Of course they can be a cause for alarm, but I think as long as you are not having any bleeding then you should try your hardest to remain positive. I know it can be easier said than done, but the negativity will not help you or the baby at all. It's so annoying that certain body changes/symptoms are related to so many different things to the point where we never know what's going on because everything is so similar.

Try to lift your chin up hun, the scan will confirm everything is ok I'm sure xx

I had times with no symptoms at all and they panicked me greatly. So much so I had to buy a baby Doppler to read the heartbeat! I just didn't feel pregnant. Now I actually have a proper little bump that people are commenting on but I still feel great and no symptoms apart from sore boobs. Try not to worry your time will come :)

I saw the heartbeat at 7 weeks after brown bleeding. Then after my symptoms went. No nausea, no sore boobs. I panicked a bit. Apart from 3 sickness episodes and general tiredness, I spent 7-13 weeks not feeling remotely pregnant. Had my scan ar 12+5 and all was well.

Having a horrible feeling that you've had a missed miscarriage is, in my experience, just another pregnancy symptom. Seriously there's no avoiding it. The first trimester is terrifying. Either you feel like absolute garbage or you're worried sick because you don't feel like absolute garbage. It sucks, and it's just the way it is. It's a rite of passage for all of us. Your baby is fine. There's nothing wrong. You are just pregnant, and it's terrifying.

PS my symptoms VANISHED at 10 weeks with all 3 of my pregnancies. And I have 3 healthy children now.

Hey ladies thank you for the replies I was 7+4 exactly when everything disappeared, since then I've had heartburn and fatigue, but nothing else!
I did buy a doppler but I cant hear anything. I do have a retroverted uterus and I'm bigger at size 16 so I'm hoping that its just because nugget is buried deep!
I so so so hope everything is okay, obviously. A week feels so far away, I just think its becuase I still cant imagine this will ever happen to me!
All I've known is loss! I had a few mc when I was 19 so I'm finding it hard to believe that everything is okay with me!
Thank you so much for reassuring me though xx

I completely agree with Kholl; you either worry because you've got too many symptoms or worrry because you don't have very many. I thought second pregnancy would be less troubling but because mine is so different so far from my first it is a little disconcerting. I am wishing you so much luck and sticky dust.... please do keep us updated after the scan :)

I will do! Im sure if all is well Ill bombard you all with pictures of Nugget! xx

I had this with my first pregnancy and it's happened identically this time too. I'm 14.4 weeks and I've not had any major symptoms for about a week. I did have a blinding pain in my side this morning in bed, but I'm hoping it was just as I turned. Plus I was desperate for the toilet

I'm sure everything's fine. If it's not then there's nothing you can do about it until you see your scan so please try not to worry. I don't think lack of symptoms on their own are a cause for concern. Xx

Hun, why don't you try a Doppler to reassure yourself? I picked up hb at 9w and it is so easy to find it quickly now. I have hardly any symptoms now and in a previous missed mc I had horrific morning sickness and heartburn up until after I had my d and c so symptoms arent always a good indicator that all is ok anyway! I suppose we all worry but its conpletely out of our hands what happens. Im sure all will be fine at yours scan xx

I had no symptoms at all.. I was convinced they wouldn't find anything at my scan.

I've been extremely lucky to have no sickness or anything but with feeling fine comes the worry so I totally understand how your feeling.

But try not to worry, it's totally normal and I'm sure everything is just fine!!

xx

I have got one, but i cant find anything, I do have a retroverted uterus and i'm bigger at size 16 so either i'm too fat and its way in my back or something is wrong. I wish Id never got it, its made me feel worse x

I agree with selina that symptoms aren't always a good indicator. When I had a mmc last year i had lots of symptoms, yet with my current pg I was fairly lucky in tri1! It's completely normal to have this anxiety, if you're really struggling though and in a position to i would consider a private scan (if you can get one quickly enough before your next scan) to put your mind at rest.
