I am having the worst time with my skin Last pregnancy it was lovely, just so clear and gorgeous. This time? Loads of bumpy small spots mostly around my jawline and throat - its pants, this is the time when you are supposed to get that lovely glowing complexion. This is what makes me think Im having a boy - testosterone giving me bad skin!

Anyone else in this boat?

i've been alright, well just normal on my face - odd one here and there..

but my BACK and arms are a different story!! disgusting big ugly yellow type boils!! (tmi! sorryyyy) they really hurt aswell if they on my shoulder and bra strap is rubbing against 'em

you should try a nice new facewash to make you feel better or be a bit posh a get an exfoliator xx

RM i ssooooo know wot ur talking about. my forhead is terrible and my chest. tiny little bumpy spots. and really greasy skin. my skin is normally the complete opposite and really dry.
i tryed not putting moisteriser on but doesnt help

I darent change my skincare routine, I tried a Loreal toner and it flared my skin up terribly. I use an exfoliator which helps but then a couple of days later they're worse than ever I guess I will have to wait for bubs to arrive and for my hormones to fade away! xx

aww, i hope it clears soon! as they on my back i use lynx bodywash with exfoliating beads in, and it suprisingly works! so if you dare to try anything (although in pregnancy it's probbly best to stick to what you know!) try something with bead type things in xx

I'm getting them too, in the same places as well, jaw line and throat but also a few little ones on my chest. I feel like a teenager again lol! Weird thing is I usually have bad eczema on my ankles and elbows (bony bits hehe) which has cleared up like a dream! I couldn't use the normal cream in early pregnancy so don't know if it's cleared up because I stopped using the cream and just left it or if it's because I'm pregnant. I was hoping the rest of my skin would be just as good but no joy!

i totally feel for you i have pregnancy acne iv never had spots befor in my life but its horrendous my consultant said it will go once iv delivered but nothin will get rid till then as the progestrion[sp] is what causes it

It's weird my face has actually gotten better but I got some nasty spots on my shoulders and chest that seem to take ages to heal, and appear to be healing a different colour like a change in the skin pigment. The joys

never had spots befor in my life but its horrendous

thats so wierd, I usually get them and now Im not. Usually massively greasy hair and skin and it seem to be drying out. How wierd is that?!
