This kid is gonna be the death of me I get so worried that he is not growing properly...

I am 31 + 4/5 and I just don't feel like he is growing, I know he is ok cos I can feel him wriggling.., when I went to get him checked last week and monitored she measured at 31 1/2 centimetres so bigger than he should be...

I can still sleep partially on my belly at this stage surely I shouldn't be able to, I look at other peoples bumps and they are much bigger for this stage, I think I am being completely paranoid but I just can;t seem to help it.......

I can still also partially sleep on my tummy, at times. Try not to even I hate sleeping on my side, cos at times the pressure on my tummy is too much.

Just to put your mind at rest hopefully my mum had 2 of us and was able to sleep on her tummy throughout both pregnancies. I just think how lucky she was

maybe he's making your butt bigger?! it's probably to do with the position- I'm in a similar boat, although being bigger I think it's hard to tell where the baby begins and the fat ends! xxxx

Aw hun we all worry, those measurements seem fine to me!
I've been measuring 4cm bigger from 28 weeks, they've prodded and poked , tests and scans butall normal AMD scan says he is measuring how he should! If they are worried about your baba I'm sure they would do all the testing and poking to you too!
Also baba doubles in size from 30 weeks I think? Soon you will be size of a house like me x x

I carry deep in my pelvis (which really helps my spd lol ) so my bump never looks that big. Tbh I look more like a shoplifter than a mum to be lol. Everyone carries differently and as long as your care team aren't worried then it's fine.

Pregnancy paranoia is a bitch and there's not a lot anyone can say to reassure you once it kicks in. I'm convinced Albert is going to be small and will be taking a trip to mothercare at some point to get some newborn clothes just in case. But at the end of the day even if my boy is small there's not much I can do about it now except fatten him up when he gets here.

Try not to dwell on it too much hun xxxxxxxxx

Just think you have another 8 weeks or there about and nows he's pretty much cooked he's just plumping up so soon you may be eating your words as you waddle around the house! xxxx

I know how u feel, when people at work ask me how far along i am they cant believe im 30 weeks, as they say im tiny, i feeeel huge and like you know baby is ok as shes fidgeting loads and she measured bang on 28cm at the 28 week check.
It sometimes puts me on a downer but again if she comes out small then soo be it xxx

If I have to tell one more person this week that I only have 10 days left til my due date I'll scream!! They just stare at me as if I've got my dates wrong, or say things like "you're incredibly neat!". I'm 5ft 9 and not the petitest of ladies so have plenty of room for baby to hide away, so don't worry, your baby is just probably a bit of a gymnast and has curled up into a nice neat ball!!

i never felt or looked very big til the last week or 2. only measured big at my 38 week app.
and thats with an almost 11lb baby in there. it was only the last week that ppl actually started asking if i was preg!

At full term I only measurered 36cms my midwifesaid baby would be no more than 6lb she was born at 40+4 weighing 8 lb 1oz. Im sure baby is fine x
