i think i have been pretty lucky.. ive actually not had to sleep during the day... even from the day he was born and a labored through the night...

he sleeps right after every feed.. hes a brilliant baby..i feed him about 9-10 when he is due.. then go to sleep till his next feed 3 hrs later..say 1 am feed him for 30 mins change his bum.. shove him back on to setle him.. then go back to sleep till his next feed..3 hrs later say 5 am then go back to sleep till 7.45 when i gotta get up for school lol..im averaging 6 hrs a night sleep.. he is amazing. so i have little excuse for a messy house.. and it is messy lol..

if he was a crap sleeper like charl was.. id be sleeping in the day..

well at this stage i didn't do anything, people did it for me

when renee was 3 weeks old i just rested... i had torn so there was not much movement for me.

but people helped and when was sleeping so was i renee. you have to sleep

forget the house work and cooking, i know it sounds silly but you and kenzo are important you need to rest to bounce back, there is plenty of time

but just relax and don't stress
