Hey hon just seen the lady and she was lovely, she says she personally has a 75% success rate and that includes a pregnancy for a lady that was 50!

She's given us 20 days worth of homeopathic tablets some for me just to ensure my lining is kept nice and ready and to make sure the environment isn't acidic or hostile and then oh has tablets to hopefully help with his numbers and as he doesn't eat oily fish she asked us to get an omega supplementation

She also mentioned that she is finding a link between men's low sperm count and if they were fed on soya as a baby / young boy ? X

This sounds really interesting. Keep us posted what did she say about soya? That more is worse for the swimmers? My OH found there is a link between GM soya and infertility/other health problems so doesnt eat it any more, but then I hear of women taking it to help ovulation. So confusing! x

Yeah we have tablets for 20 days and I have to keep track of temps and cycles so we can pin point ovulation etc

She said soya was worse for men and swimmers but yup said it was ok for women, she also told oh to lay off the dairy ie not too much of it and no caffine for either of us but tea is ok x x

Oh we'll my OH gave up soya a few months ago so let's hope its helped. Ill eat secret quornburgers from now on x

So have been taking the magic potion pills for a few days, Im.sure I'm looking too much into it but, I've never had so much cm leading up to ov. Day, can only be a good thing right ? X

Be careful becuase non of her remedies will have been tested to see if they are either safe or effective. Most things are nothing but water and homeopaths not allowed BY LAW to claim any results for any of the current therapies becuse there is ZERO evidence that they work.

If it makes you feel good then thats great but really watch out for side effects and be cautious about giving your hard earned money to someone who is selling sugar pills and water.

I do agree with what you said but i think you have to bear in mind that the law is made to follow the interests of the big medical companies. I trust thousands of years of human experience trying natural substances as much as i trust modern drugs, if not more. Doctors still prescribe drugs which cause birth defects or miscarriages to ttc and pregnant women without knowing it- the inital trials they do are way too short term, then there is no good system for doctors to raise concerns and it goes on for years with no link ever being made. The herbs are quite likely to be safe if not helpful, especially compared to the alternatives. It might be a waste of money but you never know until you try x

I also agree with sunny & I'm a nurse so should probably take the medicinal route entirely but as sunny said and like the lady said to us, it's all completely natural ingredients & unlikely to have any side effects but be cautious and aware at the same time

My oh and I both wondered about the whole placebo effect but if it was something that meant it took any stress or pressure away and it gave us a fighting chance without having to put my self through all the tough ivf hormones then it's worth a shot, and it could all be money down the drain but you defo don't know unless you try

Best of luck with this, I hope it brings you success. I am also a nurse but still have a lot time for homeopathic remedies. My aunt had huge success with the treatment of her gallstones symptoms. xxxx
