Just letting you all know I am home again after being admitted on Wednesday morning with contractions again and premature labour. Havent had baby yet as there are no SCBU beds in the whole of the south west and they stopped labour on tablets and drugging me up on diamorphine. Really want to have baby now as am so depressed. Constantly uncomfortable due to never ending contractions and am well and truely over my needle phobia. OH is sending me to bed as I am supposed to be on bed rest. Hope everyone is OK and well. Just thought I would let you all know I am OK.

I can understand why you feel totally lousy

How long will the tablets and diamorphine keep labour at bay?

Try and keep strong for bubs babes, its not for much longer and you will have your precious baby

Thanks for all your kind messges. Been resting but getting contractions on and off again. tablets are wearing off probably. I want LO now but as they have said if they are sure it is labour they will move me to a hospital with SCBU beds which is nowhere in the southwest which is ridiculous. I am so fed up. Cant do anything as am only allowed to rest. Think baby may now be engaged as seem to have dropped and loads of pressure down below when I stand. Not sure what will happen now. Not allowed out to fireworks tonight either. OH has me confinded to bed which I am sure he is enjoying as he has noone to nag at him.

My local hospital is Dorset County, and they have SCBU beds im sure of it, and thats in the South West. Wonder why they cant send you there?

Any idea of where you will have to go?
