hip ache / back ache

again over past few days ive been gettin a cramp like pain in my hips an low back

its rubbish, anyone else avin this??

i didnt get it with DS but this time im gettin a taster of every thing
its very managble at mo but im worried the bigger i go the worse it will be

ive got back ache all the time. i normally have a small frame though so im guessing its the extra weight im not used to. feeling shattered all the time cos of it though.

i am also getting cramp all the time. just standing up after sitting i get cramp.

i thikn its just the sfening of the pelvis ect just hope i dont suffer more as i get bigger hehe xx x

I've been getting sore hips especially after I've done any amount of walking or cleaning. My midwife suggested using a hot water bottle, keeping knees together when sat down, getting in and out of bed and the car. They still hurt most days though. My midwife did say it's only going to get worse the bigger I get.

I've been getting it really bad, been the midwife as I can barely walk so she refered me to have phsyo therapy x
