Do you get different notes if you are high risk to what you get if you are considered low risk? x x

hey do you mean pregnancy notes? mine are exactly the same, think there will just be more stuff put in eventually xx

Yeah, I got ones with Luke that were the same as I got with Sophie's but im wondering if they would be different next time as I will be high risk x x x

I'm not classed as high risk this time but in my last pregnancy (Identical twins) I was and the notes were just the same. They were fully detailed and clearly marked that I was high risk though :) x

Not sure hun although I think high risk might mean you could go down consultant led care if you wished instead of shared care. I've done that this time even though I'm classed as low risk as I've had no bleeds, and its not multiples this time I still count myself high risk when I've repeatedly had early labours and threatened labours. It just means you get scanned more often and you're dealing with one dr, far better imo

my notes are the same but im being seen alot by the consultant and m/w at the hosp im having alot of scan and can honestly say the care has been amazing

thanks everyone. I had consultant led care with my pregnancy for Luke and it was good care imo but I know the next time things will be stepped up a notch or two as I was only medium risk with Luke and like I said, I will be high risk next time...with scans every week as I will be getting the stitch put in x x

Hiya Darling,

Im classed as high risk now and maternity notes are the same as the ones I had with Kasper. The just add details of Loss and transfer straight to consultant. I expect it will pretty much be the same for you as when you conceived Luke xxx

Thanks Jo. Yeah like I said, my notes were the same with Luke as they were with Sophie but I had put sands stickers all over them, so they knew, but I was just curious as to weather they were different all together..... x x

nope, i have put a sands sticker on the front of my notes. NOt sure if they will work yet tho...will see xxx

it didnt really work with mine when I was preg with Luke, I still had to explain stuff. *shakes head*

where can you get the stickers from? x x

I asked at my SANDS meeting and they got them for me for the next meeting. I have a whole sheet if you want to PM or FB me your address and i could send you some?? or ask at SANDS if you go???

xxx

thats really thoughtful of you hun. I will just ask my sands leader because then that way it will save you pennies. x x

no worries, if they cant get them for any reason let me know...plus would get a stamp form work so not actually cost me hehe xxx

Lol thats a good idea. Ive text my sands leader and shes going to send me some out ready for the next time x

good, glad she is getting you some *hugs* lets hope people pay attention to them!!! I have my anomaly scan on Thursday so we will see!!! xxx
