High Lights

Stupid question this may seem, but for the first time since Ive been pregnant Im supposed to be going for my hair done tomorrow, but was wondering am I ok to have bleached blonde highlights??

It is ok I have had my roots bleached all the way through, my midwife told me I'd have to do it every week for there to be any risk. Enjoy being pampered x

I only did highlights as they don't touch ur scalp xx

It's fine to get your hair done! You are just warned off it in pregnancy as there are lots of hormones racing around and it can affect the colouring in the dye, so some people say you shouldn't for that reason! It won't harm the baby don't worry x

Thanks girls think I can cope if my hair turns green as long as the baby is ok. Might have some funny pics to post tomorrow night in that case! LOL

Make sure u do a skin test even if u have had it before cos ur skin is more sensitive when pregnant

Ohhh Im going to the hair dressers tomorrow do you need 24 hours to do a skin test??
