hi. not been on in ages had loads of things to do! just want to know is it true you cant claim income support if your partner works full time? also will i be entitled to maternity allowance if i last worked on the june 09? i dont have a job to go back to so just wondering what i could get? xxx thanx

yoju wont be able to claim income support cause your partner working. but yous can apply for child tax credit and working tax credits
