Hi all

I have just found out that im 5 weeks pregnant and over the moon, only thing i am abit worried about is i was taking folic acid for well over a year and recently ran out, brought a new lot of them different to the brand i was using and continued to take them daily anyhow its only just now that iv read the box and was supposed to be taking 3 tablets a day not 1, i feel so silly and so paranoid, has anyone not taken folic accid before and baby been ok?

I didn't take it with my son as it made me sick and he is fine if you want to take it just start again

i took it from 7 weeks to 13 weeks x

Hun I'm sure it will be fine, start taking the proper dose now and your babies nervous system still has a lot of developing to do! Xx

I started at about 5 weeks and still take it now! Just start taking it now and u should be fine xxx
