i have bizarre lumps with white heads on my nipps??

any ideas??

Are they little? If so then don't worry these are normal...these are lubricating glands. They let out natural oils to keep your nips from drying out. You tend to get more of them in pregnancy/post pregnancy.x

yeah there little. But one is like a spot. I can squeeze but it don't pop and it hurts x

Are these on the areola bit, as they sounds normal, like the whole nipple area is primed fokr feeding so I wouldn't worry. I had these start midd to late pregnancy when I started leeking and still have them while BF

yep their on that part! Seems to be better this morning.. I don't BF but maybe the milks dried up now x
