ARRRGGGHHH!!!!

jack has never been a good sleeper he has never slept through!
his old pattern was 9-2 back down at 3-6 then in with me for an hour! this worked for both of us.
this past week he has been gradually getting worse. he will go down fine and sleep till 1, then its just total fussiness till 7 :(
last night was really bad he wouldnt feed and cried lots. we have started weaning this week do you think that is a prob?
im soooo tired, im starting to get really ratty and moody with my family and friends and espcially oh.
everybody says oo it gets easier but im not sure i agree we have had 2 weeks of his sleeping 9-2 then 3-6!
what can i do to make him sleep better!

any suggestions would be gratefully recieved xxxxx

i know theres a few months between ours my sons 2 months old, not to brag he sleeps from 11:30pm - 9:30am he doesnt wake through night...he was though really bad with sleep and during the day would just cry and attack his hands..so i tried him on hungrier baby milk and hes been happier ever since, at half ten at night he'll either get a bath or well just take time doing his nappy then at 11pm he will have his milk usually 6 oz then at 11:15 i take him up stairs with all lights of lay him on our bed put his sleeping bag on then give a kiss say good night lay him in his cot then he goes to sleep i have to put dummy in twice but i dont speak to him and he just goes to sleep...

are you in a routine as babys get relaxed at haveing bed time routine
maybe try johnsons lavendar bath
turn lights out wen hes having his supper then take him to bed?

hope i help a little

The Johnsons lavender bath comes highly recommended. I started a night time routine using this then having a massage, I then try and feed her up in the evening having her evening meal at five with a bottle at eight then eleven. Hope things get better for you soon I know how awful lack of sleep can be as Chloe is full of a cold and not sleeping that well at the moment.
